Great flour for breadmaking

Reliable
I've just started using the Wholemeal but I've been using Heygates White bread flour for a couple of years now. It's reliable. I've used wholemeal from some local mills before and found the flour unreliable, lacking rise. This flour just worked nicely, no need to start messing about, it just worked.
