The product came within two days with my Prime membership. English instructions are minimal. The machine isn't complicated, so the drawings will help. What I don't remember being in the item description on Amazon was that it is a negative ionizing machine. The scientific community is somewhat split on the negative effects of negative ionization to the atmosphere and personal health, so I would suggest potential buyers first read about negative ion equipment before purchasing. Also note, this is not an air conditioner in the usual sense! It is a fan that has a tray to hold cold water and/or ice cubes. The cubes and water 'condition' the air as the fan runs over it, so don't be fooled when you see ads for these types of machines that are being touted as mini air conditioners. The 'c' style cord for charging is included, but an adapter to charge via a wall socket is not. It charged quickly. I have not run it long enough to know how long a charge lasts. It is compact, light weight, and very portable once charged. The fan has a quiet whirl. My sense is that it is for spot cooling rather than small room cooling. Considering the plastic materials, I would think a price of $15-$20 would have been more fair.

I don’t know how the positive reviews got in here but it is not an AC at all! EVEN IF I PUT ICE AND WATER, IT DOES NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE. IS IT A DEFECT? NO. I ALREADY KNOW THAT THIS IS HOW IT WAS MADE.Am I over-exaggerating? Hmm... I wonder what you would say if you felt this wind coming out of this thing.The user’s manual was written in Chinese and English. The outside box was ONLY written in Chinese and when I first saw this, I was really skeptical because that meant it was BOTH DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED IN CHINA and we all know what that tends to be. Yes, you got that right, it looked and felt cheap as hell!The english on the user’s manual was VERY difficult to understand because it looked like it was directly translated from Google Translate but it was 70 percent MAINLY in Chinese.I already had my hope down even before I tested the product and sure thing, it did not work as an AC. If I had a thermometer, I would of taken a picture to prove it to you.Even if you’re 1 feet away, you’re NOT going to get that AC breeze. Let alone a small room? NOT possible. My room is NOT even THAT hot and I still can’t feel that cold air coming out.AGAIN, BEWARE. THIS IS A FAN. It’s a scam that pure Chinese products tend to do (No offense to Chinese). I really wish Amazon does something about this quality control.DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BUYING THIS PRODUCT. IF YOU’RE EXPECTING THIS TO WORK AS AN AC, YOU WILL MOST LIKELY RETURN IT!!!IT IS NOT WORTH $30-50 FOR JUST A SMALL FAN. IF IT’S GOING TO BE A FAN, GET A DECENT FAN. THIS IS A REALLY SMALL FAN.

The first AC sent stopped working within a month. Returned and was sent another quickly. Great. Problem is neither machine worked all that great. If I'm sitting right beside the unit, the cool air is nice. But only when right beside it. I can't imagine this machine cooling any size room. Should be called Personal Air Conditioner.

Very nice for small spaces, does not blow very hard. We placed this in our camper to get a little extra air flow which you can't really feel at all but I imagine this would be good for a desk or small space if it's pointed directly at you and less than 5 feet away.

Didn’t even last a week. Very disappointed! It’s very small. I set it up and let it charge and primed the filters with water before starting it up. After it was charged I added ice and water and at first it blew strong and had a cool breeze. Not a cold breeze...cool. I figured, ok, it’s small and if I place it close enough to me I should get some sort of cooling relief. I gave 5 stars on “warmth” because that’s what you’ll get out of it after a few days...warm air, even with ice cold water AND ice cubes. I used this at my place of work in a small room with a fan. After a few days, the blower dwindled down, it was not as powerful as when you first took it out of the box and charged it.Well, tomorrow would have been one week since receiving it and it died completely on me last night. Will not come on...at all.It stayed on a level surface and never over filled it or dropped it or tipped it...nothing. I do not recommend buying this and wasting your money. Take your $50 that you’d spend on this and crumble it up and just burn it or toss it in the trash if you decide to try it.

Definitely works up to its standards , but it was much smaller then I expected. Although Ik, I could’ve read into the size and all that but I didn’t. This isn’t something that I would recommend if a bedroom gets too hot (why I purchased it), rather something for a desk or office area. I slept with it overnight and it barely hit me unless I had it very close up, slightly disappointed I spent $50 for this. But Ik I will get a good use out of it for other things or maybe give it to my mom, since she has a work desk.

This is a good idea but it wasn't executed well! The bottom two fan speeds are useless for my intended purpose of sitting it in the passenger seat to help cool me for the few weeks that it would be nice to have air conditioning in the car. It is super quiet but that doesn't matter for my application. I can't think of an application that I would use it for because the fan speeds are too low. The top fan speed should have been the bottom speed. The top speed needs to be 3 times more powerful.

I like the comfort it gives, the fan blows nice and with ice in the tray it does produce a noticeable effect. As far as how cold it is, it is enough for me to notice a difference and I do like it. I sometimes hang out in my car for awhile, relaxing, after I go walking at a park and this allows me to sit in my car awhile longer without having to run my car AC. For less than 40 bucks its not bad and rechargeable is nice.
