Clean stain free teeth
These are perfect for removing stains from your teeth. My dentist uses it. It’s excellent value for money and does exactly what it’s meant for.

It is what I wanted
But didn't expect for it to be so difficult to slide between my teeth

Useful
Useful for between dental hygienist visits, but I guess important not to overuse and damage tooth enamel.

good for polishing
The media could not be loaded. Even with this being fine it is still too thick to get between the teeth. It works great as a polishing strip and can be used on composite to shape and polish.

Too thick and not abrasive
It is not very abrasive and it is too thick for the gaps between my teeth

Good for between teeth
Good for cleaning and removing stains from between teeth in-between hygienist visits. I wouldn't use it over the fronts of my teeth though, it’s too rough for that. Only use to clean between teeth.

Seems OK - Plus some perspective.
Cautiously tried to use like the dentist does. Looks like what the dentist uses, but can't be sure. Results not too bad, but concerned that lack of experience might result in irreversable errors. So, I did what I should have done before buying and trying, and looked on the sites for professionals. The colour-coding may be different (many of the blue tapes were coarse grade), but essentialy the dentists can buy Fine, Medium and Coarse too. It took a long time to find the particle-size measurements (dentists are apparently not too interested in that) - I found that Fine, Medium and Coarse equate to 30, 40 and 60 microns on at least one brand, and that generally the professional use ones are made in Japan rather than China. This brand (Annhua) says that the medium strip particle sizes are 0.0020 inches - that's 50 microns, and the fine is 0.00012. That would be 3 microns, and I think it's a mistake - they must mean 0.0012 inches, and that's 30 microns, the same as the proper professional fine stuff. That's roughly about the size grit for putting a working edge on my penknife (if I want a razor-edge then I'd be looking at something like 10 microns). 3 microns would be extra-extra fine. Overall I'd say that this is not as good as the dentist's stuff, and the grit size can be a bit irregular. The grit comes off the backing fairly easily too. I've got over my initial panic (!) but I'll still use this stuff with caution.

Not as fine (thin) as I expected.
I thought it would be a little thinner. But still good
