What can I say. It's a good quality tool. Don't waste your money on ones that cost 3 times as much. This does the job

The wood end isn't cut perfectly square. That means I have to remember which edge I used to get the angle so that I use the same edge when I transfer it. I might have returned it if I hadn't needed it for a project I was working on.

Quality materials and well made. Highly recommend

You get what you pay for, but not worth $18 compared to other bevels available. Blade has lots of scratches (Amazon packed well, not sure about the trip from China), the brass (?) inlays are 1/32 of an inch thick, with all wood and brass edges sharp and needing sanding/filing. I am an expert at cursing, but when I dropped it and 3 of the brass inlays popped off (super glue), I could do no more than laugh.Spare yourself the sardonic laugh and buy, or make, something else that you'll be pleased with.It's functional, much like an ugly wife.

This is a basic tool and very hard to mess up. The only embellishment is the brass accents and clearly crazy-glueing these onto the handle was too much of a production challenge.

The brass pieces are glued on and stick out making it impossible to get a flush reading. Glue smeared all over. Trashy.

Does what it’s supposed to.

Solid, well made bevel tool. Useful in my toolbox.
