Fast easy and fixed the problem.

My cart quit running. After hours of testing and making new battery cables I felt it had weak spark. OE Yamaha USA part was on intergalactic backorder according to my guy at Yamaha. This one has the best reviews on the zon so I gave it a shot. Cart hasn't run this good in a while!

The motor was giving me multiple problems, replaced the coil finally and it seemed to fix it. My only complaint is the motor must be jacked up on one side to remove the cover, which included removing the fuel tank too. The eariler series before this G16 was a simple job of unbolting the coil and bolting on the new part. In this process I also replaced the fuel lines, fuel pump, carburetor, and cleaned the 20 years of dirt & mud from around this area. I don't golf, but this is a good machine for quick runs to the store (2 miles away) and just riding around town, now without worry that this Yamaha will not stall in traffic.

Perfect fit on my 1999 Yamaha G16. Worked first try gapped at 0.011. Great price also most were around $100.00.

No freaking spark plug boot. So went to part store and had one installed. And guess what it don't fire. Freakin Chinese crap. Thanks Amazon u a******
