I have had 2 of this same thing for years. I have 2 because I use them in different places. I accidently broke the tip of one. When I got the new one I took it apart because I did not like the yellow clear part and I used the solid white part from the broken one and made one like I had.

The tip broke off on the first seam I tried to rip out. This was a waste of my money!

This is a fantastic ripper, that works quickly and safely. I really appreciate the fact that the point folds into the handle. No more losing the cap and in the process stabbing yourself. The small size fits into my sewing kit neatly, without bulges.

Very best designed seam ripper! It has a built-in flip cover so you can't lose it. And it is flat, not round, so it can never roll off your table or sewing machine.I wish the colors were less garish, but it's still a 5-star product.

small, sharp. easy to hold and does the job. am glad it closes so no accidental punctures and stays sharp.

I love being able to close the seam ripper when finished or when storing. That is why I ordered three!!
