Brilliant for my arthritis. Helps relieve the my arthritis, and keeps my going in the tough times. I only use Flexiseq when it flares up, as I only have mild arthritis so far.I recommended Flexiseq to a colleague with severe arthritis in her hands, which often had her having to wear braces to get by. She had great results with Flexiseq when used regularly.Cant recommend this product more, hell if you have arthritis, you have nothing to loose by trying (maybe not multi pack till you know it works for you) .
