I bought this along with other resistance band. Different level of resistance per color. The handle is good.cushion is easy to grip.I might have to add more tape for extra grip. There are some loose thread on the velcro but it doesn't affect the functionality.It comes with a bag for easy storage and paper that shows diff style you can do with it.We have been using it for almost 2 weeks and so far so good. Very happy with purchase.

I been using this bands for a few weeks now and really like them. They have the right amount of resistance and don't slip my hands. The handles are comfortable and easy to grip. I like that I can travel with my bands and get a good workout out in. I use the resistance bands for upper and lower body workouts.

I bought this because my gym has been shut down for the last 3 months, and I had been leading a very unhealthy, lazy lifestyle. These bands come in a set of 5 different resistances, and also have handles for hitting different areas of the body. The sling bag makes it portable, and there is also a chart to guide you through the exercises. Overall, a great solution for working out at home. I will update the review after a few months to comment about its longevity.

I got these because gyms around me are still closed and I don't have space for a whole weight bench in my apartment. They are pretty durable and very versatile with the number of workouts you can do with them. I use them every other day and they still retain their resistance. Wish they were numbered but like others but other than that this was a good buy.Wish they had the weight marked on them like some other bands.Great product would buy from same company again.

I'm always afraid to buy things like this out of fear of bad quality rubber breaking on me. These things however are made well!

I like these bands. Bought them for my wife, but I started to use them too. A few different attachments which are helpful. Just started using them and so far so good.

Product is great to have to get some in home workouts done with resistance bands. They are priced incredibly well and provide great value.They seem extremely durable and it even comes with a mini guide of some exercises you can perform.My only downside to these is the overall length. I am 6'0 and these bands will not work for any exercise that requires these to be lifted over my shoulders.Overall worth the buy.

I love these bands. I purchased so I can still workout while the gym is closed. They came in a bag and I can take them anywhere and they are very durable!

These bands have been surprisingly versatile for working out a vast range of muscle groups, It takes a bit of initiative to figure out how and where to place them, once you have they're a pretty satisfying way to work out, I have noticed some gains after a just a few weeks of use.The little sports bag that comes with it helps to keep the bands & handles neatly organised which is a nice touch. Included is a door wedge strap (which fixes the bands to a door arch) two handles & two strap handles as well as the pictured instructions on positioning.They seem well made & the plastic handels covered with foam seem to be able to take a huge amount of weight when working out while remaining comfortable to grip. Little bit nervous that somethings going to snap, but after more workouts I'm getting confident this set is high quality. Good value product to makeshift cable style workouts.

OKAY. This is the BEST product I’ve bought on amazon in a while. I’ve used these and incorporated them into my workout, for my glutes, thighs and abs, and I swear to god I have lost 5.5 lbs in 3 weeks, and gained muscle in all the right places. Just increase your resistance each week, and be consistent. I can’t believe I went this long without these. If you’re wondering if they work, I promise you they do. Buy these and change your life.

I have been looking around for a while, to find something stretch my body after a whole day in front of computer. My old chest expansion is just broken, but I struggle to find a similar one in the market, a single rope, rubber, stretch tool. Most chest expansions are either mental( too hard), or mutiple lines. As a small girl, I want something flexible, with adjustable strength to make sure my exercise is safe. I read reviews and realize this one has ropes with different strength, so I think I give it a try. The pack arrives as a smal black bag, with everything inside. The ropes differentiate themselves by colours, as the bright yellow the lightest. I use the single rope loop as chest expansion. And use two ropes to stretch the whole body (following the guide picture). Two weeks ago, I started with Green rope, now move to Red/Blue already. I do 30X3 chest expansion, and 20x2 body stretch everyday. My back pain is significantly reduced now. I am really happy! The best thing with this tool is it does not take any space. I leave the ropes in the bag inside the drawer. When I use them, I just need a very small place, standing in front of TV, and finish these exercises in 20-30 minutes. A little bit sweaty and relax feeling, is the best bonus of this gear!
