A Little SPOT of Life Skills 8 Book Box Set (Books 17-24: Courage, Perseverance, Teamwork, Talent, Thankful, Optimism, Creativity, & Giving)

As a therapist, I have been buying this book series for my niece for every Christmas and birthday. It is also something I suggest every parent to buy. It teaches your kids about emotions and gradually becomes more complex.

Great lessons for kids written and illustrated to keep kids' attention!

I have two sets, and have just ordered my 3rd. These are fantastic for putting basic skills into words and actions that kids can understand. I read at least one per day with the two boys. The books really help focus their attention to help us all find our "peacefull spot". They are perfect for us to turn a bad day into a good day or sparking some creativity and fun to the doldrums of summer. The small reminders are worded so well for young children (3y) but not too simple for an older child (7y).

Every time I think these books are so amazing they just can’t get any better, the next set is even better! Diane does an incredible job at breaking down important topics in a manner that young children understand and relate to. I tell my students all the times these are lessons they will work on even as grown ups. My classroom has changed so much this year thanks to the Little Spot books! I could not recommend them more! I can’t wait to continue to use them every year!

I like to think of these Spot books as a great way to teach valuable skills to our young children! Our 2yo and 4yo both love these books and frequently ask to read them--throughout the day, at bedtime, you name it. And our 4yo has already started to make references to lessons she's learned from these books. Highly recommend.

Amazing books for emotional readiness. Got these for my 7 year old and he really enjoys reading them! (Saying a lot for him as he is not a big reader). Greatly illustrated and amazing concepts. Price felt high but when you break it down for the amount of books you get, it is well worth it
