Quality has gone way downhill...but still better than most other beading needles.
I don't know if it showsup in my photo well enough or not, but look very closely qt the eye of the needle where it is bent. It's about to break there. First it starts catching on the thread and frayijg it, and the it breaks all ghe way through. It's happened now more times than I would think they should for the cost of these needles, and way too quickly each time. This brand used to make the worlds best beading needles e-v-e-r! Then all of a sudden, the quality just stunk. They used to be worth the higher price tag of back then what used to be 6-7 dollars. You only got 4, but if you didn't drop or lose one, 4 was an honest to goodness lifetime supply - and I do mean lifetime. Now, I'm lucky if I have one last through 2 full very small beading projects before they break at the eye. The rest of the needle is still pretty close to what they used to be, though a few times now, I have also had the pointed tip break off. I mostly do peyote and brickstitch, so I am hard on beading needles. Still, these used to hold up to my hard wear. Now I find I am needing to buy 1-2 tubes of 4 per month. At this rate, perhaps the larger packs of beading needles for a couple of bucks might be more worth it - even if I will wind up changing the needles 6x per project, it'd probablystill save $. Hard call. If these get any worse, I'm done with pricey tulip needles. They just aren't so great any longer. Quite disappointing.

Love these needles for beadwork
While Tulip needles are expensive, their cost is more than made up by the fact that they last so long. Size 11 is my go-to, and I can make multiple passes through even size 15 seedbeads with Fireline with that size.

Bent soooo easy.
They are okay. I seen someone say (compared to pony needles) they are amazing and I would have to disagree. I’ve been using beading needles from hobby lobby and I would say that they are more superior than these. These bent so easy. I haven’t broke one (yet) but the more I bead the less I break needles. These are also harder to thread (I use wildfire). I personally don’t see the rage for these and for the price I expected more. I will not buy them again.

The only needles I will use
Tulip needles last longer than others and they have the added bonus of being easier to thread than others. I'm sold on these, but I wish the thinner ones (12 and 13) weren't SOOOO expensive. I use 11s for most everything.

They last long.
These needles last me through many projects. I have used them with 10/0 and 11/0 miyuki delica seed beads. I am not sure if the needle would fit through 15/0 beads.
