Loved the size. It can fit in a small backyard in any corner. A perfect place for a hangout in the evenings. It’s heats up to a perfect desired temperature and timer control gives the freedom to control the usage.

It was very easy to set up. It's the perfect size. It heated up to 100 in about 24 hours. Had to order chemicals and test strips, it took a day or so to get them balanced. We can't wait to get in and soak. UPDATE!!!! 😔 We have used the tub a total of 4 months. It worked wonderfully until today. The heater stopped working. I found the warranty information and called the number. It was a completely different company the website listed does not exist. I found an email and sent them an email. I haven't gotten a response yet. I truly hope that I am able to get it running again. 😔 I have invested so much time and money to maintain this tub.

Take long time to heat

Even if the heating element goes out BEFORE the 12 month pump warranty period, they won’t replace the CosySpa. All they will do is mail you a new heating element with poorly written instructions which you have to install. The installation is not easy, and that heating element will ALSO break. INSTEAD, purchase a 1300W or 1500W five gallon bucket immersion heater on Amazon for about $100.

This is basically an inflatable bathtub. I'll start with the cons. The "jets" are actually just a ring with holes in it that pushes air out and makes bubbles. It makes a ton of noise, but zero massaging effect. Don't use this without overhead protection from rain or the rain will pool on the cover and sink in, potentially ripping the straps or the side of the tub. You need chemicals, or you'll be refilling it after every time you go in. No chemicals included, not even a sample pack or something to get started. No way 6 adults are fitting in here. It took 4 days to go from 80 degrees to 102, and the heater seems to always be on. This thing is consuming a lot of electricity. Twice already, the heater has shut off and displayed FC (filter change?), but I've been cleaning it every day, before and after use. So another 4 days to heat up each time. Now for the pros. It gets hot Its easy to set up Overall, nowhere near worth $600. You need to spend at least another $100 for chemicals and test strips, and another $80 for the inflatable heat retention disc. Even the cup holder and head rests in the pictures is a separate accessory for I think $70? I'm dreading my electric bill with this thing running for the last 3 weeks. Save your money and buy a real hot tub.

We bought this Hot Tub in Oct of 2020.. We got to use the hot tub 1 time, then the heater quit working. I email the company and they said they would replace it with the newer model in Mar. or April. Here it is almost Aug. and we're still waiting on a resolution to this problem. Update: After Cosyspa seen this review,we DID receive the new hot tub. I just wish it didn't take 8 months and this post to get resolution to this issue
