Supposed to be honey, but nasty

Q: Do you have to drink water with this gel like you do with Gu?

Definitely you should! If you are carrying you water with you then just 3 sips should do it, otherwise in a race wait until you see a hydration station. If you don't drink water, you will feel thirsty within minutes. You do need more water with GU and cliff shots.

Q: Does this coagulate in freezing temperatures? I’m hunting in 10 degree weather and need something that won’t go solid.

I’ve run in 10 degree weather and used these for fuel. You have to keep them in an interior pocket and they’re fine. A little thicker than usual but not a frozen stinger pop
