It's not SEASONED! It's plain.

There's not too terribly much to say about rice vinegar, but I will say that this is a great price for a really good tasting one. It's super versatile so you can use it in so many dishes, sauces, marinades, and dressings. I also made some pickled radishes using this which turned out wonderful. There's a lot of size options which is great because if you cook with rice vinegar a lot you can do what I did and order one of the larger sizes and refill a smaller bottle instead of having to order over and over again.

Great flavor and I would only be critical of a couple things - my package arrived with one bottle that leaked, but the bottle wasn't broken and the cap seal was not broken. Once I removed the cap, I noticed there was no other "pull tab" type of seal, so I would recommend to the company to do that to reduce the possibility of leaking during shipment. Otherwise, the bottles were well padded to prevent them from breaking.

I love to buy sushi from a particular place, because it is always fresh and it has a particular taste which to me strikes a perfect balance of sweetness, sour, sault and starch -eness. One day, I asked the sushi master maker what kind of vinegar he is using for his rice and he recommended this one. LOVE AT FIRST TRY!!! Absolutely excellent!! Mild, flavored, easily accommodating extra sugar and salt, perfect. Made my rice a wonderful pleasure!! So, will I still buy the sushi I love. Absolutely! But now I also have an option to try my beginner cooking skills at home! :-)

I use this when making my sushi rice and I've found this has the best taste, I've tried several others but I keep coming back to this specific brand.

Well packed, tastes like it supposed to and got here really fast. My aunt was a firm believer of the many benefits of vinegar. She used it in her hair to keep it curly, (IMHO, it made her smell like salad), to wash a kid’s mouth after cursing, to clean the house, to keep bad spirits from passing through your door (I don’t remember what she used to keep them from going through the walls😅). Awww, the smells stuck with my childhood memories. 😉✨
