This probiotic works to eliminate my gas and bloating! Sometimes if i go just ONE day without taking it i can tell a difference so i know it works! i cook most of my own meals because i am gluten free amongst other things (lol) but if i know im gonna eat out or kinda have a cheat day, I will not only take my normal dose in the morning but I'll also take another probiotic with that cheat meal and usually it helps to reduce or eliminate the consequences! lol...If you struggle with gas, bloating, ibs, or food intolerances, GET THIS PROBIOTIC!!

I have used Friska probiotic for 2 years. By far the most successful probiotic I have used. I became regular within a week and have stayed that way for the 2 years.

I've been taking these for about a month and a half, and have noticed a difference in both bowel habits and energy/mood. I was already taking vitamin D3 and biotin, so I like that this supplement includes those as well.

I found this product very helpful. Although I don't need to take this nightly, when I feel that I need it is here and works great. I wake feeling rested and knowing I am getting probiotics into my system along with my daily vitamins.

I have seen good results at night using this product. Not sure why this bottle has capsules half empty and discolored.

This product is Amazing! I was buying another brand for $60/bottle and needed something similar and am grateful to have found these. Super convenient as it contains several supplements, economical for us that are doing our best to be healthy. I do have some advice for better digestion. Stop drinking liquids 30 minutes prior to eating and wait 30 minutes to drink after and never drink anything cold with a meal, imagine ice water mixing with melted cheese in your stomach and your enzymes trying to break it all down. Also imagine the 16oz drink you had waiting for your food in your stomach then adding a meal to it. No wonder we’re stuffed by a small healthy meal! Take your time and enjoy your food! Sit down and chew slowly. Your enzymes love breaking down little pieces of food and makes your tummy much happier than trying to digest big chunks of that protein you just ate. Once I started taking the enzymes and paying attention to the above I no longer struggle with gas, burping or heartburn!

I started using this product 6 months ago and I love! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a daily probiotic.
