These supplements are absolutely amazing! 😤🤘🏻When I first ordered them off of Amazon, I was struggling with my gut. Constipation and tummy aches were plaguing my life. Within three days of taking this product, I noticed ALOT less bloating, way more frequent bowel movements and better sleep. Do yourself a favor and spend the money. You won’t be disappointed! This one-a-day is the real deal!

This product is Amazing! I was buying another brand for $60/bottle and needed something similar and am grateful to have found these. Super convenient as it contains several supplements, economical for us that are doing our best to be healthy.I do have some advice for better digestion.Stop drinking liquids 30 minutes prior to eating and wait 30 minutes to drink after and never drink anything cold with a meal, imagine ice water mixing with melted cheese in your stomach and your enzymes trying to break it all down. Also imagine the 16oz drink you had waiting for your food in your stomach then adding a meal to it. No wonder we’re stuffed by a small healthy meal!Take your time and enjoy your food! Sit down and chew slowly. Your enzymes love breaking down little pieces of food and makes your tummy much happier than trying to digest big chunks of that protein you just ate.Once I started taking the enzymes and paying attention to the above I no longer struggle with gas, burping or heartburn!

I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!I have been using this for more than a year.It does help you fall asleep, one pill as directed and in the morning…POOF no bloat! No grogginess!If I have overindulged, within 20-30 minutes of taking the pill I can feel the heaviness disappear!Love it!

It’s ok

I use this product every morning and I love it. I no longer get indigestion or bloating. I have tried others with little success.

The jury is still out. I did lose 3 lbs early on, but no more. Very gassy at first, almost feel like I released pent up gas. Not as much now but I do feel less bloat. No cons, but not sure it’s worth the $$$. Too much overhead on the attractive high end packaging. Lower the price and go with just your bottle design. As with most pro/ prebiotics…you pretty much hope they work. Never know for sure. I’m on my 4th bottle. 2 to go. We’ll see.

I found this product very helpful. Although I don't need to take this nightly, when I feel that I need it is here and works great. I wake feeling rested and knowing I am getting probiotics into my system along with my daily vitamins.
