Quality abounds
I am extremely happy with the transfer bench& chair. It’s lightweight yet Strong, sturdy, made with high quality materials. It was easy to assemble by myself.I will look at this seller for my other needs.

Great chair
It was easy and quick to assemble (less than 10min), is sturdy (but not too heavy), and comfortable. I will note (for anyone that has shorter legs) the seat part is a little deeper. It's super comfortable for me, the back is wider than my last shower bench and it feels great for my back. I also like that there are more holes for height adjustments.Overall a great chair and would recommend it.

It works great but after 6 months problems start.
This work great for months but I let you know the screws keep coming loose on legs. The leg covers start wearing out fast as you use it moving around, they are the ones that are outside of the tub.Now the bar in the front seat bends right at the screw and bars meet. It bends after a whileI think they need to reenforce it.

EXCELLENT TRANSFER BENCH FOR SOMEONE WHO IS OVERWEIGHT. ONE PROBLEM: NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS.
I love this transfer bench. It has made it much easier to get in and out of the bathtub safely. It is larger than I had expected as far as size. However, I was very pleased with its steadiness. I have never felt that it would collapse and it hasn't. It is an excellent transfer bench for someone who is obese. One problem that I saw was that there were NO written instructions on how to put the bench together. My husband did have some trouble putting it together because of this. He did get it put together finally. No written instructions is bad news for someone who does not normally put things together or who has never put together a jigsaw puzzle.

Worked for a month and then snapped
I’m 300 pounds and when I broke my leg I thought I’d get the next size up just to be safe. I used this four times, about once a week to wash my hair. The first few times it works great. Second to last time it started to shift when I placed my knee on it to help pivot from chair to wheelchair. I asked my PT to look at it and they didn’t check the underside. Last time I used it, it slipped against the wet floor and I went down in the shower. Thankfully I was able to get back to my wheelchair through arm strength and some towels for stability but I’m usually very careful because I’m big. Disappointment is an understatement, I could have been really hurt.

well made
So this product was really good but my bathroom is not big enough for me to use it. It was very sturdy and durable and the suction cup was ridiculously strong. The chair was very roomy and stable and I would have loved to have been able to use it if my bathroom was bigger, check how big you tub is and the clearance before you get it. I could not use it because it blocked access to my toilet.

safe
when you are a disabled obese person and can't sit in the tub a shower/bath chair is a life saver. you need it to be sturdy and large enough to also work as a transfer chair. this one works
