Just got my grinder it took DHL 13 days to deliver I'm not happy with the slow DHL service. The machine works fine but it needs a better design than this.P.s HOLY MOLY what a powerful grinder.I recommend this grinder to everyone but please stay safe.

Compact , powerful and easy to useCleaning is easy.Leaflet informs about intense burning smell on initial use which was good to knowUsed it to grind spices , barley , pulses and wheatUpdated model has digital timing which is a good feature as feel have to be extremely careful with manual timer in this model so as not to overdo itHappy with this purchase

I purchased the Godenwal 2000g for my business - I am a Chinese herbalist. I used it for 6 months every day without any problem. Then for some reason it jammed. I contacted Goldenwall who immediately tried to help. When their help wasn't effective they replaced the whole product without any trouble. The replacement came within 4 days of it breaking. Excellent service!!

Arrived early & well packaged.I bought for mainly spice grinding & it does a fantastic job at that!Cleaning is a little difficult, because you can’t put anything in the dishwasher. But only takes around 15mins.Overall I’m very happy with this mill.

Lasted for 2 days á few minits of use each day,Started to sound different and I put my hand on the motor to find out if it was hot and got á Electric choc. Not good product at all.

Wouldn’t recommend anything else for dry and solid ingredient grinding . Good stuff

I used it and am fully happy with the purchase. Up to my expectations.
