Big hair don't care!
Okay, so i really like this hair. I ordered the 16 inch and 18 inch in color 4/27 kinky curly. My natural hair is a similar length, curl pattern and color, so it blended well. I did wash the hair and dried it with heat and the color, pattern, and texture held up well.The packaging was nicely done. The shipping was on time. I just wanted the hair for a little extra volume since i was attending a party. Y'all know the bigger the hair the harder they stare?! This hair delivered what i wanted, I would totally order it again.

Quality is worth the price
Awesome quality, die-able and style able with heat. Curls return to form when wet. Best extensions ever!

Shorter than length paid for
It is ok for the price. The color is much more golden/red than ash blonde like pictured. I ordered 16 inches but received 10, and is mixed with synthetic hair. I wouldn’t recommend this unfortunately, but the quality is understandable for how fast they ship and the price.

Tgis company read my review & made everything right!
The hair was not as I wanted it to be. It was way shorter than I understood that it was going to be & also way kinkier as well. I contacted the company about this, & stated that because of the above factors, these hair extensions weren’t going to work for me. I used a Christmas gift card of $50 that I’d gotten from a friend on these, plus around $25 of my own money. The gift card helped me to finally be able to splurge on hair extensions that were 100% human hair, which is what I’d been wanting for 3 years....not the 50% human hair ones I’d been forced to wear due to financial issues. So, needless to say, I was excited to order these, & had done extensive research on which ones I could feasibly afford now, but were good quality. When I contacted the company about returning them, since they weren’t what 8 wanted at all, they were very helpful, & said I could return them for a full refund, no problem. They even emailed me a return label to put on my return package. I repackaged the hair, that I hadn’t even pulled out of its bindings, attached the return label, & sent them back to the company. That was around 4 months ago? I have not only never received any of my money back, but I’ve not ever even had any communication from the company at all. They now have their hair extensions back, AND my $70+, & I have nothing!*EDIT* Hetto read my review & contacted me immediately. They indeed had sent a return shipping label, for me to return the hair I didn’t want, several months ago. I did return the hair, with that shipping label attached. However, Hetto let me know they never did receive the hair? My issues with them ended up being due to the return package getting lost in the mail, somewhere unbeknownst to either of us! I wasn’t sure what to do about that, but the person who contacted me , about the issue said that they value my business so much, that they will refund the money anyway! Then added that they’d live the chance to do business with me again, in the future! The way they handled this situation is almost unheard of in today’s world of business! I’m VERY impressed, & they now have my loyalty for life! GREAT, GREAT COMPANY!!! I’ve changed my rating from one star to 5 stars!
