Best coffe beans . Flavour and freshness are just perfect . I’ve bought second time the Union coffe beans and I will stay with .. best taste .

I love light roasts like this for brewing in the Hario V60 filter cone. The flavour is a bit like almonds or marzipan, light and quaffable. The downside with buying this through Amazon, though, is freshness. On the day this was delivered it was 35 days after its roasting date. Now that is still a lot fresher than almost anything you'll find on the high street -- even Whittards expensive offerings can be 3 months or older at PoS -- but in the speciality coffee world, it is past its best. Were you to buy direct from Union, this would cost £3 more, but would arrive within a few days of being roasted. Perhaps you might get lucky with Amazon's stock rotation and get a fresher batch, but it's clearly pot luck. Maybe you'd see £3 saving as worth having, though really if you are buying proper coffee beans in the first place, you will likely prioritise freshness.

I was surprised the roast date was so close, a week before I think, they say the sweet spot is 2-3 weeks after the roast, so, perfect. I was very happy with the product, is very tasty and pleasurable

Love this coffee. I followed the instructions on their website and the coffee was full of flavour. It is more expensive than the usual supermarket brands but worth the money if you appreciate good coffee.

Another coffee from Union with another unique and satisfying flavour! I’ve worked my way through all their roasts and this light roast is fruity and good! Another excellent coffee for making espresso!

Not feeling this at all. I had 1kg of the Balcones which was fantastic; I had the last cup of that (made in a Jura ENA8) immediately before the first cup of this for comparison and the Balcones knocks it into a cocked hat. This has a pretty weak and slightly unpleasant aftertaste - Unimpressed. Actually tastes like really cheap coffee. Now I’ve got a huge bag of the stuff which is only fit for using for mixing with other stuff (Iced etc). Very disappointing.

Always a good brew! Been a fan of union coffee for years and Bobolink is our favourite. Smooth and full of flavour without the burnt after taste you get from BarStacks! Easy to grind too.
