Update - Having contacted Amazon they explained they would have covered a replacement for the first 2 years but as they have a 3 year warranty I needed to contact the supplier directly. They gave me the link to their website and I wrote to the customer services dept. I got a response within a couple of hours asking me for my home address and saying they would ship me a replacement. All I had provided them was my original Amazon order id and no quibbling about what the issue was. 2 days later and the replacement has arrived. Obviously it is frustrating having something fail like this but getting good customer service on a warranty replacement so quickly, especially given how busy couriers will be at this time is why I have put the rating up from a 2 to a 4.I bought 5 of the 1mtr ones in September 2021. One has now failed due to water ingress in the light fitting itself. The cover is a single moulded piece of translucent plastic with a stainless stell band round the top. There are no cracks in it at all. The only thing I can think has happened is the seal at the base of the cover to the light fitting itself is not good enough, water must have got through and then the formation of condensation inside the cover has resulted in water getting into the socket where the bulb goes.Having had another make that look basically the same for years without issue I had to get these as they were the only ones comparable given the original ones were no longer available.

Wasn't sure about these at first as they're on a rather cheap price point, anyway I decided to take a 'punt' and purchased one to try. It arrived quickly, was well packaged and a doddle to install. I'm very impressed and have decided to order 4 more.. Would recommend.

Great light for the price, my ONLY gripe is the wiring is on the short side making the connection a little difficult, especially if you have big hands. The previous led versions didn’t last 6 months so if these make it past a year I’d give them 5 stars!

Not stainless steel as described, was relatively poor construction and very lightweight. Also two of the E27 lamps I attempted to use (including a Philips Hue and an Osram LED lamp) didn’t fit. Disappointing, found an altentkabe.

Preso per decorare il mio giardino e dare un pò di luce allo stagno. Che dire, prodotto leggero, ma sembra resistente,bella la finitura leggermente satinata. In dotazione 3 tasselli da 8 con viti. Come base io ho preso una pietra da giardino in cemento,idonea al passaggio a piedi e ho praticato i 3 fori per i tasselli, più uno grande nel centro per dare corrente. Vediamo nel tempo se dura, ma al momento sono soddisfatto! Ho messo una lampadina a LED presa qui su Amazon.
