Works, but unusual connection and not a dedicated PSP cable
This cable works, it powered up and charged a PSP that hasn't been powered on in at least fifteen years. There's no power brick, I just plugged it into a USB port and the PSP fired up and charged. Plus, you get two. I'm giving this five stars because it does work, however it is strange that you have to plug in the DC adapter at the bottom of the device and the USB mini adapter at the same time in the top port (you can see this in the picture), and as far as I can tell it's not actually specific for the PSP; it doesn't mention the PSP anywhere on the box and doesn't come with instructions, the box only describes it as a 2-in-1 USB Data & Charger Cable although I can't imagine what else it could be used for. Maybe if you're just using one of the adapters? I don't know. But it does work for the PSP, so that's good enough for me.

Solid quality, gets the job done
Cables aren't cheap feeling. By all means, it doesn't feel expensive but it doesn't feel like it's made out of the cheapest things imaginable either. It's decently thick and the length is adequate. Definitely is more robust than my original PSP charger. Both ports work and I can transfer data with or without the barrel plug inserted. Fits perfectly in my PSP 2000

Much needed accessory for my PSP
Glad that I came across this particular item. Very handy as it doubles as a charging cable and for USB connectivity. I also forgot that I was getting two cables instead of one, so this is an added bonus. I can leave one cable at home and pack the other on the go along with my PSP and other accessories.

Works so far
Fits in the port of my PSP-1000, unlike what some of the negative reviews suggest. My guess is the reason why they ship out in pairs, and the low price is so they increase the chance of a properly fitting DC barrel connector. You might get unlucky and receive two faulty ones. Either that or it's not as compatible with later models like 2000 and 3000 (it should say on the barcode sticker if there is one on your PSP). Beware though, the exposed plug might make you think you have to push it in further but you only need to insert it as far as it needs to be in order for the power light/charging indicator to turn on, or you might damage the port. You don't need to push it any further than the attached picture for reference which is how far it needs to go for my PSP to light up (assuming I received the right cable). It sits semi-snugly, not very tight, I don't need to push it with any sort of force as it comes to a stop and starts charging pretty easily. The USB connection is pretty good and I don't experience any disconnects when the cord moves. I can even use my PSP as a controller plugged to my PC with fusa gamepad (you need custom firmware for it). Read/write is fast. Although I would also suggest getting a micro SD card adapter and using that with your pc/laptop to alter data in case you brick your PSP or it's turned off. It's only been 2 days so I can't say anything about the durability, but all in all it's a pretty good product for the price. I would normally rate it 4 stars, but it being $3.5 per cable earns it another star. I'll update it to a 3 if it breaks sooner than expected.

Good for travel/battery banks
A lot smaller than the original PSP wall charger, so it's good for on the go. USB means I can charge from a battery bank, so I can bring it places and not have to worry about an outlet.
