Echelon Reflect Smart Connect Fitness Mirror + 30-Day Free Echelon Membership

Well at first it was horrible because it arrived cracked but I called echelon and they sent me out another one! They handled it wonderfully and they have been so great with customer service I was happily surprised after reading all the terrible reviews so I’m a very happy customer I’ve been using it every day since January 6 2020 practically!

Got it today. Well packaged, easy to set up. Tons of classes to choose from. So far so good!

The instructors aren't that good... And there isn't much variety of them so you get stuck with coaches you don't really jive with. There aren't a lot of live classes. I really wish that they would list beginner, intermediate, or advanced for the on demand classes. There isn't a way to isolate the volume of the coach or the music they're playing so sometimes your coach will be instructing what to do and you cannot hear them because they have the music so loud.. Also works the other way where the instructor is super loud and you can hardly hear the music. I think the idea behind the mirror is great.. But this one for me is lacking at this point. Possibly will get better with future updates.. But for me right now its just mehh.. okay..

What’s most frustrating, is I got this gift for my birthday and I couldn’t use it. We obviously needed to open the box to check for damage and to see if it worked. AND of course, just like other reviews, it did not work with my phone. We requested a refund for the return of the product, but we were charged a restocking fee, because we opened the box! How else are you supposed to check it?!?! We are disgusted that a product like this continues to sell. They are making their money off of restocking fees, because the product is crap.

Ordered the Echelon Reflect 40” Mirror through Woot. No image comes up on mirror when powered on. Have chatted with Support online but they were not able to resolve issue. Issue was forwarded to Echelon Support. Although it took some time for support to resolve the issue, they went above and beyond.

I can do like ten different workouts and it doesn't take up much space. Cool product!

Changing the fitness industry!

We could not get the original one to connect to the internet. After hours on the phone with Echelon they had us return it and then replaced with another one.Finally got to connect, but would drop off has way thru a fitness program.We returned it and ordered a "Mirror"............
