I have to say this is a really good life jacket. In the past my grandson had a really serious drowning experience during one of our vacations. It scared the life out of me. I promised he could never get in the water without a life jacket. Well, during our last vacation this life jacket gave him the independence he desired and I was sooooo thankful. Overall, it a really good product and very, very, safe.

Very cute life jacket we purchased for our 45 lb son. The first time he wore it, within the first 3 minutes of having it on, my husband gently tugged on the neck strap while helping our son into the boat. The strap pulled off and left quite a rip. Be careful, it’s not as sturdy as our other child life jackets.

Fits our 4 n half year one. He loves it. And it’s a bit big but i wanted it like that so he can use it next summer!

Bought this jacket for my 7 year old grandson. He is 3’11” tall and 46 lbs. Size medium fit well with room for comfort and may still fit him next summer. I wanted a comfortable jacket for kayaking, tubing and water skiing. This was perfect- looks cool, he loves the colours, and the material, whistle handy if needed and he can maneuver well in the jacket. He is a little annoyed with the crotch strap but is wider and has two buckles on either side to keep in place and be more comfortable. We found the right amount of tension on the straps to fit right and no pulling. The jacket also did not ride up around his neck and chin when seated or swimming which was a plus too. All in all, a successful purchase.

I should have bought a larger size. I also thought the sides are detached so it can be used for 2-3 seasons. Otherwise great product.
