This is lightweight but strong netting. Has been effective at keeping the deer out of the garden next to the patio (erected between poles as a fence). Also useful to cover flowers or a vegetable garden. stapling it to the ground. You really hardly notice it....the plastic is very thin though strong, and it doesn't detract from scenery or flowers when you look through it. I bought more recently. Bought a roll 4 years ago and it's still holding up just fine

This betting is working really well for me in protecting my knock-out roses bushes from deer that regularly visit my yard. I have covered each bush separately, no need to stake. I was dubious about the black color but it honestly does not look bad . Plants & flowers can be seen through it. It is an affordable option that works. A fence cannot be placed around this area & critter deterrent sprays wear off & are expensive. I am thrilled to have found this!

I ended up purchasing several of these to protect our free range chickens from hawks. We pieced it together with zip ties and stapled it to post and trees around the property. We covered roughly 2 acres. This is a quality netting. I've watched hawks slammed into this netting only to be propelled back into the air. All birds are safe including the hawks. This is very strong netting and will cut your fingers deep if your not careful, I did it several times. Overall the best I have found for the price. Highly recommended.

This was the worst parachute I have ever used. After it deployed, it was as though it offered no protection whatsoever. It would work great to keep birds off of fruits and vegetables but it makes a HORRIBLE parachute.

Birds love my garden. The goldfinches especially love to nibble on my greens or pull out the new plants. Forget about having any blueberries if they are not netted. I tried different bird netting at the local stores. They were difficult to use: they were always snagging on my clothing, they needed lots of securing devices and birds got easily tangled up in them. Greenscapes netting on the other hand was much easier to work with and stayed in place with little securing. Since I've only had them up for a month or two and can't say how well they will stand up to the weather. Also, they were much cheaper than the other bird netting.

This is a very light weight netting. It is a little hard to work with because the netting tangles easily. The net strands are very fine and for me it is hard to see where the edges are when I am trying to wrap a shrub. I had a number of 3 foot size shrubs and trees that I was trying to save from the deer banquet by wraping the shrubs individually and securing the net with zip ties and a wooden stake. The good thing is there is a lot of netting on the roll and it is wide so it will covers a lot of plants. The bad thing is the deer tore it off the shrubs the same day I put it up. I replaced the netting and almost immediately it happened again. It probably would protect plants from occasional deer browsing, but in my yard the herd makes regular rounds several times a day.

I purchased the exact same product I purchased 2 years ago from the same Amazon site using "But it Again", but this latest product is MUCH lower quality than what I received 2 years ago. Previous product was good, thick material with 3/4" x 3/4" mesh. I was happy with the 2-years-ago purchase, which is why I purchased more. However, this latest purchase is barely the thickness of a thread with mesh size ~1/2"x1/2". There is no way this product will hold up, which is why I'm going through the hassle of returning it.
