I got this for my son who is 15. He is really enjoying it.

We ordered with a project in mind - we wanted to build a device to capture pictures of Santa Claus delivering presents. We already had a raspberry Pi 4, and found it easy to connect up cable to the breadboard and get going. We chose Python as our development language and within 30 minutes had the initial LED toggling experiment up and running. The instructions were clear, and components well packed.I must admit, we jumped forward then to the PIR sensor as we wanted to build a movement sensor as quickly as possible. It was similarly straight forward, so we connected up the Raspberry Pi Camera (a separate purchase) and worked out how to control that from Python.We merged our two solutions and ended up with something that works rather well. We're fitting it all in a shoebox to catch out Santa - but look forward to working out some of the other components after Christmas.

Bought this for my son to go with his Pi 3a. There's a shed load of stuff in here, the (downloadable) instructions are clear and there's a lot of projects in different languages (Python, C++, Java) which is great for his studies. The variety of components is good and the quality is very good.Everything fits well in the plastic box that comes with dividers and with room so you are not forced to put it in one particular way.My son loves it and I am thinking of getting one for myself too.

This kit is fantastic. I bought this and a Raspberry Pi 400 as I wish to put computers in model rockets that I build. The PI400 came with a book full of lessons to learn physical computing. This kit contains all the gubbins needed to follow the book. I have never before felt such a thrilling sense of accomplishment as that which this kit has engendered in me. My desk is covered in lengths of wire and fiddly little components. If anyone has a passing interest in computing and making things this kit will delight them.

I loved playing with this kit. There is a total of 28 projects included, in a total of 3 differents programming languages. You can lean C, Python and Java.The best thing about this kit is that you can use it as a template to create something of your own when you are done learning with it. I have so much projects in mind right now, possibilities are endless.The quality of the components is top notch, everything is well organized.I would definitely recommend this kit to anyone that want to start playing with the Raspberry Pi and the GPIO. I had hours of fun and learning.

Ce kit constitue une bonne façon d'aborder les capacités d'entrées/sorties des raspberry Pi. Le matériel est de bonne qualité et permet de réaliser divers projets pédagogiques. Je le recommande pour débuter, il est très complet.
