The cap to depress the switch does not hold it down and the switch itself self destructed and sent part of the plastic and the spring into the water. I used this on a project and couldn’t get a refund because it was out of warranty don’t make my mistake.

The housing is cheap plastic. Broke off when i jumped a wave the first time out riding. Cheaply made product .

So far it works for my older seadoo. Happy to find a product that's not sun used.

I bought this switch, and then returned it because it appeared to not have no threads on it to secure it to the dash of a jetski. Through some discussion with the vendor, Brian was nice enough to reach out to me and sent a picture to my phone showing the plastic nut off, and the threads. Even though we tried getting off the plastic nut and couldn't because we thought it would crack, we assumed it was one molded switch. WE WHERE WRONG!!! it does come apart, it was just a bit tight.So I send my apologies to Brian and his staff, for being a little raw in my messages.Hope you accept my apologies.Ed
