Great Value to money! In comparison to ..
I mostly ride pretty casually through easy to gnarly terrain, and sometimes in some local friendly downhill competitions.. and a convertible helmet gives me the flexibility to do both. After a lot of searching for a convertible full face helmet, I decided to try this out. PROS: Very free flowing with lots of ventilation. Quite light. Looks very good imo, has a stealth look to it Movable visor.. something even some more expensive ones don't have has adjustable tightening dial to get better fit around head chinbar can be removed easily fits M/L head comfortably price Cons: While WEARING the helmet, it's easy to remove the chin-bar, but it's extremely difficult to attach it...it's hard to align it properly so the hooks connect. The Giro Switchblade helmet has a mechanism that fits much more smoothly. BUT that helmet also costs TWICE as much. It's fine if you attach the chinbar before putting it on..which most people do anyways..but I sometimes want to attach it while I'm wearing it... anyways, it's not a deal-breaker. So all in all, I do like this helmet. It's priced very competitively, and for anyone looking for a convertible full face helmet, there really aren't many options in general. Unless you're a pro level rider, this helmet is worth a look for most type of riding. Plus, the seller is great and helpful!

Great Helmet
I use this helmet daily ( both with the front protector and without). Its very easy to remove the front protector if needed. When I got my e bike it came with a free helmet but this Helmet makes me feel more safe and feels much stronger. With the front face protector on I feel more protected on the roads. It's very light weight and the way it fits on my head feels very secure. Got a Great bike and now a Great Helmet. Now My wife wants one too. When it comes to safety I don't skimp. I checked this Helmet out and got what I needed. All the best out there on your biking journeys.

Questionable ratchet system. But epic idea
Well, Great Design, that misses the mark. Pros; #1 The Helmet looks great! #2 Helmet is light! #3 Helmet for me, was comfortable! #4 The racheting sizing system is a epic idea! #5 removable chin guard! Cons; The awesome ratcheting, sizing system, is the BEST Idea Yet, But, their design of it, makes it a Fail! If they would have used a conventional Boa system, instead of their plastic toothed rachet system, it would have been awesome! I have been very careful with adjusting it, however one side of the ratchet system came out of the ratchet. It was fairly easy to get put back together, but I believe that, if you took an impact to the front of the helmet it would blow the ratchet system apart. Also, they have a perfectly large area on the front of the helmet to make a camera mount. I do not know why, all these helmet companies are missing the mark, by not having a camera mount area. We've had action cameras now for over 15 years. Some helmet manufacturer, has to get their act together. I will keep the helmet, and see how long it lasts. I did create my own camera mount for the front, but it would have been so much easier if they would have just made a mounting area. They totally have the space for that, more than enough. You missed the mark Demon, by about 15%, for those two design flaws. You need an actual boa adjuster, and a camera mount. For the price of the helmet, I would probably suggest to buy a conventional fitting helmet, just because I don't know the reliability of the ratchet.

Very Nice Helmet
Sure its not MIPS, sure its hard to remove or install the face guard, sure its not downhill rated... Honestly if you are riding hardcore X Games downhill, your going to use a real DOT-Snell motocross helmet, not any of these lightweight super expensive mountain bike helmets. As far as the face guard, why would you carry it around then decide to put it on mid ride? You either know you might need it or not. I've been looking for an affordable and decent mountain bike helmet, and if I bail and the face guard keeps my jaw from getting scraped up, or teeth knocked out...Great! The helmet is very comfortable, and comes with an extra set of thicker cheek pads. The dial in the back to fine tune the fit is a great feature and makes this helmet feel very secure. I did have to adjust the chin strap initially for a perfect fit! Its extremely lightweight and has excellent air flow!

Bad quality helmet...
I bought this helmet 2 years ago. I was super excited to have my new cool full-face helmet. my first ride with it worked well but the second time using it, felt super uncomfortable, using it a little more the full face attachment started failing, the buttons did not work, and it would keep getting out of place, the band to resize the helmet gets loose when you make it tight and while riding you have to keep rolling the back of the helmet. for this amount of money, I really recommend buying a better-quality helmet. after a year I was looking for a new one, I am still mad about this purchase. postscript: I never crashed with the helmet ever

Impressed so far
Since I'm not usually one to cut corners on any of my bike gear, I had reservations about this helmet initially because of the lesser-known brand and the price. Since I have a Smith Forefront I usually use, I thought I'd just pick this helmet up and give it a few rides just for the heck of it. The few other removable full-face enduro helmets are almost twice as much, and I do wonder at times if it's worth it. I know there's the argument of "why take a chance with your brain," and I get that. This helmet does not have MIPS so that is a strike against it, but overall I am impressed with the construction of it. The ventilation is excellent, and it is incredibly light. The adjustment is precise and the fit, including cheek pads, is very comfortable. The ultimate outcome is that I now wear this helmet more than my Smith because it's just as comfortable, and I like the reassurance provided by the full face protection. You barely know the chin guard is there. I haven't crashed with it yet, so that level of performance is TBD, but for now I'm completely satisfied with it.
