As I have gotten older, having MS, and all the medications that I take, my hair has become quite thin, and falling out. Living on a fixed income, I cannot afford some of the more expensive supplements to improve on hair loss and thinning hair. I chose this one because it was affordable. I have used it for a few months when I noticed a slight change in the thickness of my hair.
