My daughters love Mira, this book has very short and simple sentences for kids learning how to read. My kindergartner enjoyed reading this book, which she could do almost all the pages by herself.

I got this for my daughter. She is almost 6. She LOVES watching Mira. We read through this book together once and then she put a few stickers in her notebook. When I asked the next day if she wanted to read it with me, she said she didn’t want to read it again because it was boring. She said, “I don’t like this one, it’s boring. It’s not a story about anything. It’s just facts. It’s just facts about Mira that I already know…”. She isn’t wrong, though. It’s like, “This is Mira. Mira is a detective. She looks for clues. This is Miku and Chicku. These is Miras auntie. These are her cousins. They dance. …..” You get the point. Really it is just a bunch of facts. There’s no plot here.

My grandchildren really like the stories of this book. They also watch on streaming.
