This outdoor faucet is of quality material and installation was straightforward. I did have an issue with the valve cartridge that began leaking not long after I installed the faucet. After contacting Aolemi Customer Service, they immediately responded and sent me a replacement cartridge (no charge) that has been working flawlessly since it was replaced months ago. One does not know the extent of a total purchase experience until if or when you find Customer Service has the backing of their product . In this case, Aolemi's response to my issue was outstanding!

The customer service from this company is truly exceptional, as is the quality of their product. I bought the black showerhead kit for my outdoor shower and it's been performing perfectly - I take it off each fall for the winter months and put it back on in the spring. After two years, I had a slight leak from the head. The customer service team helped me troubleshoot my issue and ultimately fix it. I recommend this shower head/handle combo to all my customers and friends - it is well worth it and holds extremely well.

Great shower set. But two years in a row the valve leaks and is damaged by Connecticut winter weather. Not sure this product is meant to be outdoors rated. The company supplied a part the first time but it took too long to get here so we couldn’t use it for a month by the time we got a plumber back to fix. Contacted a second time and they are sending part. May need to have the unit serviced and taken apart before winter to prevent issue.

I bought this outdoor shower for guests to rinse off before and after a swim in the pool. It is an attractive fixture and fits in very nicely in my space. Over the winter, I had a part of the pipe that split in a deep freeze, despite winterizing the unit by removing the cartridge and faucet assembly. I contacted Aolemi customer service to inquire about replacing the broken pipe and they sent out a new unit to replace the old one. All I had to do was pay for shipping. Customer service is very attentive and quick to respond to inquiries, and they were very polite in following up to make sure my unit was properly fixed. I highly recommend this company. They produce a good product and their attention to customer service is exemplary.

I purchased this shower in 2021 and placed it in an outdoor shower and experienced a problem with the body valve. I did not fully drain it for winter and the valve froze and split. I contacted the company and their Customer Service Dept helped me with a replacement valve that was very affordable and they followed up through shipping and delivery to make sure it corrected the problem. So I have had the shower in place for almost 2 1/2 years and still very happy with performance and have now experienced excellent customer service

There are many reviews, which I read, describing a lot of issues people have had with this shower. Please read them and pay attention before you make the same mistake! I liked the look of the shower so I bought it anyway and its been endless headache since. I paid a contractor to take apart my wall to install this shower. Within days the shower was spraying water everywhere. The seller quickly sent me a replacement which worked fine for just a couple months before starting to leak itself. Now the vendor wants me to disassemble the entire valve to check changes (basically they are saying they will not send me another valve, but want me to pretend I'm a plumber to diagnose a faulty valve). They actually sent me a video explaining how to disassemble the (brand new) shower to look for problems! Cannot express how frustrating this is after having so many issues. The cost has been through the roof paying my guy to come back to reinstall and troubleshoot multiple times. Please, PLEASE, read the reviews and buy a quality, name-brand faucet instead. I'm about to put good money after bad to get this thing removed and a quality shower installed.

This is a great outdoor shower that I've had for a while. During a cold snap a part froze and split. They replaced the part quickly and it's back up and working. They responded very quickly. I recommend this if you need an outdoor shower.
