What is the mesh size of this screen?

Inside the tube is says 18 14 .013, which I think is actually a screen mesh measurement, but I don't really know what that means. If you understand those numbers great, but if you don't; the fiberglass lines fall right on about 16th of an inch, so 16x16 openings per square inch.
