Handle comes off
This expensive of a tool i think the handle should have a little glue on it. Should of just got the wood one...

One of my new favorite brands
Great well built tool that should last a long time! It's so hard to find sturdy well designed tools but this one ranks right at the top. Not cheap but no regrets!

If a tool can be called perfect, this it it.
I used the Prohoe Triangle Head Rogue Hoe with 42" Fiberglass Handle to hack down a dead, rotted, tree stump into pieces, and hacked out the plants growing in and around it. It worked very, very well, giving control over the job. [I would advise when laying the tool down to lay it on its side since the front and back of the tool have more cutting area should you fall on it. It is not a tool to have around children or those not able to handle it.]Then, using a 100CR Prohoe rake, I raked out the area, flattening it, and filling in some areas with another more rotted tree stump. Those two tools have changed my work pattern. I have yet another, different tool of this brand coming to try it out.

Best all-around trail tool.
I purchased two Rogue Hoes for our volunteer hiking trail committee in Northern New Mexico. They may be the single most useful trail tool we have. Very heavy duty- they are great when you're working in hard rocky soil (which we have a lot of), chopping through smaller roots, grubbing away top vegetation, moving soil around, and tamping. They are so popular on our trail work days we've ordered two more.

but otherwise great.
wish the handle was longer, but otherwise great.

The missing tool
The Rogue Hoe works very well at removing small trees/srububs, clearing paths and such tasks. The Head is just heavy and sharp enough to create the inertia to easily dig out things. A gareen hoe or shovel requires much more effort and time to achieve the same tasks. The blade is sufficiently thick to put a sharp cutting edge on it that lasts, and one that can be easily shar[ened if needed.

Almost adze like, well made, heavy duty.
Almost adze like, a pretty thick blade for a hoe. Good for specialized tasks, but when it is a fit (rather than a regular long handled hoe, or a mattock, or a bush hook or machete, or a plow) it is great. Well made. What you would expect from the pictures and descriptions.
