Grass Lawn Speedy Seed, Ultra Patch 1kg Hard Wearing, Fast Growing, Pet Urine Neutraliser, Defra Approved, Grass Seed Patch Repair

Bought some 'fast growing' seeds a few months ago. Nothing happened. Only put these in a week ago and already 2 inches sprouted through, finally covering the bald patches where I pulled the moss out. Great product, very pleased, will 100% use again.

This did what it was supposed to do and germination of the seed was good. Didn’t cover as much as expected but was effective on the areas actually covered.Pack contains seed plus coconut fibre granules which provide a seal to maintain good growing conditions. The granules do swell up a lot but are gradually absorbed as time passes

I wasn't expecting the brown powder or yellow (fertiliser?) balls, so was a bit worried about dogs or birds eating this when I put it down. But three weeks later, the bare patches I had are all filled in with such lush grass I'm going to have to get some more to supplement the rest of the lawn with! Birds showed zero interest, same with dogs.

Pretty disappointed as I was really just after seeds and wanted a cheap option. Did not realise that most of the box seems to be other organic matter and fertiliser with not so many seeds. Ended up using whole box on a couple of square metres where I’d removed moss. Will buy just seeds in future and read descriptions carefully

This patch repair actually works well, good growth within a week, great result. Easy to use. Very pleased with the results and would recommend :)

Followed all the instructions, but the seed didn’t take, still have patchy lawn, may well work for others, but not for me

Was sceptical at first however sprinkled the box over the grass shown in the images, watered them every other evening and this is the progress. First pic was taken seconds after sprinkling the seed, as you can see it has worked wonders.

The photos show the difference after a fortnight. The lawn had been mown before I treated the dead patches and then again just over two weeks later. There is a difference in colour, which will no doubt blend in over time, but i have no problem with that! The dead patches still in view are patches that have come about post treatment, so need to find something to spray on to prevent that. I initially bought 3 boxes to cover the patches on view and ended up buying 3 more… The packaging says 1 box will cover 25 patches and maybe it will, but it’s only like buying a ready meal for two and eating it yourself!
