I have a pressure washer that creates 2200 water psi that has a freeze crack in aluminum, will this handle it???

Hi. It will. Just mix it well (roll it with your hands) and cover the spot after cleaning area 1st with cloth or brush. It takes 10 minutes to get hard. If you're not happy with than try JB Weld's silicone sealant. 😷 Stay Safe and Well. Cheryl

I have some rust forming on the inside of my engine bay (about 3 inches long), would this be suitable to repair the gaps of lost metal?

Yes it would, but I would try and treat the rust first and remove it back to bare metal first
