Blue Pomade, Strong All Day Hold, Water Soluble Styling, High Shine and Flake Free, Easy To Wash Out, For All Hair Types

So why is this my favorite? I’ve used so many different types of pomade over the years. This is one of the few that has remained the same over the last decade. I first purchased this stuff back in 2015, and I loved it. The problem was that my grooming supply store went out of business, and I just went to using other stuff out of “convenience.” The problem was every time I’d wash my hair out with other products, it just felt l as if there was plastic binding to my hair. I really don’t know how to explain it. But with this stuff, my hair is soft and feels clean after using it. Exactly the same as it did almost 10 years ago when I first started using this pomade. The hold is good, washes out super already, has a nostalgic scent for me, and is easy to work with throughout the day while I’m at work. Kudos to maintaining quality over the years and not selling out like other brands have!

So... I had quite the journey finding this. First tried multiple gels, axe pomade, nothing would hold my very thick hair down. I had 2 and a half inch long hair on the top and I had just recently buzzed my head to about a 2-3 last month. I really missed my long hair so I tried growing it out. After seeing multiple people and noticing it could be done with shorter hair, I started trying it myself. Gel and all these pomades weren't working very well. These people that tried it had much thinner hair and they didn't have nearly as thick hair as I did... so I turned to reddit. I asked about the best pomade, something that could really hold my thick and close to an inch hair down: so I can comb it in a similar side-parted fashion. I received this in the mail on Tuesday, I was amazed. Though my hair isn't quite long enough to FULLY stay down, it's got another week or two left before it's there. It held it down the first bits of my hair I put this on. I do have to use quite a bit to get it to stay down, as my hair is short and very thick.. but it did the trick. And the stuff smells amazing and lasts a long time! I wake up the next morning even after washing it, and it's still in my hair a little bit. It hardens a bit, even with a little product. It's so strong yet so light when you touch it, you feel like it can come apart. And it washes out in one wash and it doesn't have my hair feeling dry or horrible and it doesn't stick to my scalp. Thank you Reuzel! This is truly great stuff. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone in my situation.

Water soluble and for those that remember what barber shop talcum powder smelled like, this is it. Very nostalgic for me. Great product.

Washability: washes out with just water if used with a small amount.depending on the amount used in your hair you might need to use shampoo to get rid of smell & product Consistency: Sticky Application: Mildly damp - Really Damp/wet hair or wet hands recommend Drying of product: leaves hair a bit stiff, but not stiff as if you used gel. Finger combers beware! Hold: very strong and leaves a medium shine, lasts around 6 - 11 hours depending on the environment your in. Smell: sweet to a vanilla scent This product is really good! The consistency of this product is pretty sticky, I recommend having mildly damp to really damp/wet hair or get your hands a bit wet for when you start applying the product in your hair therefore it won't tug and pull on your hair when applying . It starts to dry fairly quickly & after it does it leaves your hair a bit stiff but not stiff as if you were using a gel. If you like running your fingers through your hair then I got some sad news for you. The Hold is really good,the length of my hair is 3 1/2" - 4" and it still manages to stay put at the end of the day. If you have shorter hair then I don't imagine your hair moving at all The smell is debatable: Some people Love it, Some people hate it. As for me I love it, it has a kind of a sweet to a vanilla smell to it that it doesn't overpower your nose. I gotten many compliments on how my hair smells so great!

Strong hold and smell really good

Great product, it holds almost as well as the original Suavecito, and they say its alcohol-free. I haven’t experienced any hair fall so far. It doesn’t have a strong smell, which I really appreciate and still smells good. The hold lasts all day as long as you don’t touch your hair, but you can still restyle it easily by slightly wetting it again The only downside is the lid, it opens too easily, so if you carry it in a backpack, it might come off.

Strong hold that remains somewhat pliable through the day if you need to restyle. Easy to use, easy to wash out. Not overly shiny. Texture is smooth. Does exactly what I need it to do. Great product.

I’ve been using Ruezel since 2006 and the blue tin since 2 years ago, amazing as always.

Reuzel is my go-to hair product, there is many out there but most don’t meet the mark. This stuff is a nice strong hold but doesn’t make your hair look greasy, washes out very easily and smells great!

Please be careful with tis product if you suffer from eczema. It worsen my eczema.
