I need more green in my diet. Spiralina is supposed to be one of the most rich green foods, better than kale or spinach so I'd give it a try. My stomach is sensitive though. Spinach salad doesn't digest well. I also can't stand " green" taste. Green tea= gross!. So a green superfood type milkshake is out of question. BUT the enter this Spiralina. Pill form and to my surprise no aftertaste, no upset stomach. Clear see-through capsule filled with beautiful dark green powder.

The product seems to be quality made which is the reason I bought it. It also comes in capsules which makes it easier to swallow. Spirulina doesn’t smell all that good so capsule form helps with that too.

I was concerned about using this because of having read that this type of supplement can easily be contaminated but because of the various tests the contents were subject to and seals of verified testing on the bottle label I decided to try it. Also, a friend told me of the way this kind of supplement helps her and how she notices not feeling well right away when she doesn't use it so I read the information on the products Amazon sold and decided to purchase yours. I took four a day but it seemed to be too much for me and cut back to two until I got used to it. I must say that even with just two there is a noticeable difference. I seem to have more energy and even slightly clearer thinking which at age 74 is really appreciated.

Easy to take capsules are packed with good quality Spirulina! Lots of protein, too. I highly recommend them!
