Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G 128GB- Cosmic Grey Dual Sim (Single Sim+ e-Sim) Unlocked (Renewed)

I must admit that I was nervous about buying a "renewed" product. I shouldn't have been. The phone that arrived was in completely pristine condition. The battery still has full 5000mA charge and it came with a genuine Samsung fast charger. A+ to Amazon. The phone itself is excellent. It is bigger than any other phone I have had but it is not in unmanageable. Using the phone one-handed is a challenge but not impossible. I have had no real problems with it. The screen is wonderful, particularly at 120hz. It is bright with wonderful contrast and smoother than smooth movement, thanks to the 120Hz rate. The size here makes a real difference: it is only 1/10th of an inch smaller than some tablets so watching films or sports is a pleasure. The camera got a bad press in the early days, but the updates from samsung seem to me to have dealt with supposed problems such as poor auto-focus and shutter lag. The 100x zoom is a gimmick that is all but useless and the 30x is not that much better but 10x zoom is outstanding which is not something you can say about many phones. Close up shots produces a lovely bokeh (background blurring) that rivals professional cameras. The colours are rich and vibrant and it is actually difficult to get a shot wrong. All in all, the camera is outstanding. The phone is super fast. Following a road in Google Street View the speed made the transitions seem almost natural: the best I've seen on any device, incuding an iPad Air a Tab S6 and a high end ASUS laptop. The looks are not great so if that's a deal breaker look elsewhere. The camera is so big that it takes up one whole corner and it sticks out rather too far for my liking. Ironically it is the only phone I have found that looks better in a case, as the case hides how far the camera protrudes. I put it in the Samsung Leather Case and it now looks great as well as being protected. Overall I cannot recommend this phone enough and if it is available in Amazon "Renewed" don't hesitate. A £1200 camera for just over £600: what's not to like?

After an upsetting incident where I sold my brand new iPhone because I just couldn't get on with it after using Samsung for years, I was scammed and never received the money! I was desperate for a decent phone. So looking on amazon for a reconditioned one for the first time, I was very dubious and a bit worried about ordering one as you just don't know what your going to receive. I came across this seller and having read some mixed reviews but mainly good reviews I took the plunge and ordered this Samsung galaxy s20 ultra. (I use to have the s20 plus before the iPhone and I loved it) so I went for the ultra as I thought this was very reasonably priced. The phone arrived the next day with prime and on opening the box very nervously I was absolutely delighted to find my phone in immaculate condition not a single scratch or mark on it at all it looked brand new! However there was no plug with it as it did clearly state in the description it would come with phone, sim tool, plug and cable. I only received phone and cable. I messaged the seller about this who responded promptly and said they would send a sim tool and plug, I received the sim tool but another cable they had made a mistake so I messaged them back and again a very prompt response they said they would send a plug. I received the plug again the next day! Excellent customer service! I won't go in to details on the phones functions but I will say it is working perfectly, but battery does need charging daily, doesn't last as long as the iPhone but if I remember rightly my s20 plus was the same needed charging daily so I'm OK with this. I haven't however noticed any difference between my previous S20 plus and this s20 ultra a slightly bigger phone. But I probably don't use all the functions anyway so maybe I could of saved pennies and just got an s20 plus. But that being said I am still delighted with this reconditioned phone and the sellers customer service so yes I would highly recommend this seller should you need to purchase a reconditioned phone.

I purchased this phone in the UK and had a lot of issues with it, bad connection, apps misbehaving etc. I contacted Samsung UK and they checked the serial number and confirmed it was an American phone for the American market and useless for me. Not happy! I had to ask Amazon to step in as u was asked to pay the return postage and they sorted that for me. 2 weeks of my time and effort completely wasted.

For a renewed product, it truly was renewed. I was let down to find out the 512GB S21 Ultra was only available to pre-orders and Samsung had already discontinued them. Without expandable memory there was no way I would settle for a 128 GB phone that shoots 8k video. Then I find this S20 Ultra for a good price and decide to check it out. It comes in a plain white box, void of almost everything but the phone, a 25w Samsung fast charger, and a USB cable. That is all I needed since I do not listen to music through head phones on my phone. This is a genuine S20 Ultra, factory unlocked, 512GB phone. Setup is always easy when going from Samsung to Samsung so no problems there. I have had the phone for a couple of days now and its working perfectly. Plus, it will make for a nice trade in when the S22 Ultra comes out. I paired it with a 512GB Samsung Evo+ SD card so now its a terabyte phone. My main reason for ditching my Note 10+ was the finger print reader started not wanting to work. Also, it is locked to AT&T with all of their bloatware on it where this is not which is nice.

Good phone, only issue is I didn't realize it was an American model
