Excellent quality lounger - get one!
I have terminal cancer and bought in the knowledge I only have about 8-12 weeks of life left.It has repaid itself many times, I am so much enjoying its comfort and ease of use.I am very weak and am unable to operate the old-style "lift the arms to recline". This lounger has ratchet locks conveniently to hand under the arm rests. Shift your centre of gravity, unlock, push back or lean forward, gravity does the rest. It's easy for me.The lounger is very sturdy, yet light enough for me to move about, easy to get into, stable, cup and phone rest attachment. The mattress is all-round corded to the sturdy frame, with a comfortable padded mattress on top which secures to the frame with 4 tie fastenings. Moveable headrest add to the support. Excellent defence against pressure sores.Thoroughly well-designed piece of kit, well worth the premium price.I recommend unreservedly.

Solid and comfortable
Very sturdy but light recliner with more than adequate cushioning and the glass/mug/phone holder is a nice touch. Nice and wide seat, reclines almost flat - only slight issue is it takes a bit of effort to get it to recline but that is just learning the technique.

Solid chair
Some mixed feelings about this chair.I ordered this chair on 18th Aug with an estimated delivery date of a month. I was in two minds as I thought I would not get the chair until the summer was over. However, I was incredibly impressed when it arrived 4 days after dispatch so it had clearly been sent airfreight. That was a huge plus as I have already had many relaxing days on my patio. Other people don't seem to have been so lucky. The chair is BIG and with the cushion is very comfortable. One minor point is that the chair mechanism automatically extends the foot support when you recline the back rest. So if the back is near vertical the foot rest is down. You can't have the back up and the foot support up. I like to read in the garden so I have to use a separate foot rest. This is not a big deal for me as I used a foot rest with my last chair. The cup holder is useful but ensure you sit in the chair before you put your drink in the cup holder otherwise it will spill when you sit down. Two other small minus points. The chair was slightly damaged during transit but not enough to impair its use. Also, like other reviewers, there are a couple of rust spots which I intend to treat with Hammerite.Nevertheless, despite the minor faults I am very pleased with the chair although I did get it at a good price (£80).

Chairs good cushions poor
The actual chairs are well made But and this is a big But, the detachable cushion covers are very poor quality and look awful. The chairs are comfortable with the cushions but I’m looking for a nice qua lit cushion to purchase.

Terrible quality
Chair was average but was cushion was paper thin and not fit for purpose and very badly made looked like a 5 year old had made it. Had to return it at the cost of £18.85 for the priveledge. Would look else where if i was you I am going to go to a shop and get one where i can sit on it first. Waste of money

Overpriced but good customer support.
This product is not worth £145.Being generous, I’d say it’s worth £70-80 absolute max.Firstly, it arrived in a large cardboard box which was damaged in several places. It has no internal protective packaging apart from a thin plastic bag. There are no operation nor care and maintenance instructions. The metalwork is marked in several places so I’d say the condition was ex-display rather than brand new.The padded cushion is cheaply made and nowhere close to being as well padded as is indicated in the listing photo. It’s looks fairly sturdy but I wonder just how long the rivets and joints will last.On the plus side, it’s reasonably comfortable and can be locked in various positions and it arrived a month early which was a nice surprise.I am as yet undecided if I will keep the product or return it.Overall I’m a bit disappointed.*UPDATE*: I contacted the seller expressing my concerns and accepted a 40% refund.I have tightened up a few nuts and bolts, lubricated the main moving parts using silicone spray and the chair is now operating smoothly. The seller did their best to make things right and the partial refund came through in two days.I have decided to keep the chair.
