I bought these green bags when the regular ones were out of stock, expecting them to fall apart. Even when you're using them, they feel flimsy, thin, and very fragile. But I've never had one break or tear, even when it was several days until the trash was picked up. I think they're a little smaller than the other ones, but my dog is only 50 pounds so that's not a problem. (If you have a 90-pound dog, or only walk your dog once a day, you might have a size issue. If you know what I'm saying, and I think you do. But they're very sturdy.)

Good value for your money. Yes, the bags are thin but I've never had a single one rip or tear. I actually like thinner bags because they use less plastic than other bags.

Love these bags! They have a nice, subtle scent that doesn't trigger your gag reflex like some dog waste bags do. We do put these in our compost holes which we leave sit for at least a few years so I can not yet attest to how well they break down. I do not want to contribute more plastic waste to the earth and Arm and Hammer is the cheapest brand I can find for these types of bags, which is important when you walk three large dogs! I have been buying these for years. Something that has been improved on these bags is their ability to tear. The first few I ordered were a little difficult to tear off of the roll, which was only a problem in cold weather when wearing gloves. I have not had this problem in the last several packages I have purchased. They do not rip when you go to pick up the waste, they do not dissolve if water gets on them and they do not have an overpowering scent. I have purchased similar bags from different companies and they are alright, but overall these Arm & Hammer waste bags are the best!

EDIT: I received another shipment of these from Amazon (I buy them every month or two) and they've CHANGED THE NAME... No longer called BIODEGRADABLE. I also can't find them on Arm & Hammer's website, or any more information about them. I'm curious if these really degrade in the landfill or not. Otherwise, I like the bags and re-order them when we run out.Good bio-degradeable bags, and I haven't had the tearing problem with them that others have. They're a bit thinner and flimsier than the previous plastic bags, but they're very workable for picking up after our medium-sized dogs. They also fit in our preferred dispenser that's attached to the leash. I like these bags and will buy them again.

I live in a small apartment with my kitty, and her litterbox gets cleaned far more frequently than I empty the kitchen trash. This means that within a day or two my garbage smells worse than the litterbox! I started out with used grocery plastic bags, but those are cheap (eg they have holes in them), and I prefer to shop with reusable bags anyhow.So this was my solution! I like that these bags are biodegradable so I don't have to ask for plastic grocery bags anymore for cat scooping! The smell seems far more manageable in my kitchen trash after i tie the bag in a little knot, and kitty still gets her litterbox cleaned daily! Everyone wins!

These bags are not quite as large as I had hoped they would be; we have two very large (100 lb+) dogs. Also, these tear irregularly from one another occasionally and tear easily in the bag portion as well. They do help mitigate the smell, though.

Some reviews said they received the wrong kind of bags. I got the ones intended, they are a tad more expensive but I feel the value is in knowing they can biodegrade faster. I don't use holders or anything and just keep a roll in my pocket on walks. The bags are a bit thinner than regular dog poop bags. Amazon had them cheaper than target, where I normally got them.

Las bolsas son muy delgadas. Tengo un perro salchicha. Son resistentes pero dejan pasar olores a través de sus paredes. Al parecer es lo malo de las bolsas de fécula de maíz. Si quieres cuidar el planeta y puedes sacrificar un poco tu nariz te las recomiendo. Creo que con perros pequeños o medianos no tendrás problema y resistirán muy bien, para perros grandes no estaría tan seguro. No noté algún indicio de que tuvieran bicarbonato de sodio, ni aroma.

Son extremadamente delgadas y se rasgan fácilmente. Varios rollos han salido con las bolsas rasgadas. Recomiendo la versión azul y/o gris.
