Do these come frozen?

Hello. The product does not arrive frozen. We do not suggest refrigerating or freezing the product because it will turn hard and brittle. The wraps are shelf stable and thus should be stored in a cool, dark place.

No tried but they burn very easy

are they nut free? No traces or produced in facility with nuts?

Hello. Apart from coconut, since the FDA classifies coconut as a tree nut, there are no other nuts present in the product. The product is also produced in a facility free of other tree nuts other than coconut.
