It is almost a month I have been taking this ORA product and my skin has improved a lot!! My acne has been reduced and it did helped me in reducing my stress. I also sleep much better because I usually used to wake up in the middle of the night and it took me a while to get back to my sleep, now I don't get up in the middle of my dreams. I will definitely buy a second bottle of this product!

Let me just say that these are absolutely amazing. I have been using them for four months and noticed a difference on my first month. I suffer from long and painful irregular periods, acne and stress. I will say the biggest difference I’ve noticed is the change in my periods. I don’t know how but they became regular! And shorter! And less cramping! It’s actually amazing and I’m so impressed and everyone needs to know about this product. I pray that Ora never stops making these because they are great. I first started taking this to help my body readjust after coming off of hormonal birth control. My skin was breaking out like crazy and my periods wasn’t returning. To my dismay, I started getting crazy heart palpitations when I started this product. I don’t know why this would’ve caused that particular symptom, but I noticed that the heart palpitations went away after I started taking Ora at night instead of in the morning. As far as my hormonal symptoms, I truly can’t say for sure if it helped (I ended up going on prescription medication for my skin and my period has returned but I’m not sure if this product had anything to do with it). However, this product helps me fall asleep at night. I take the capsules before bed, read for a few minutes and fall asleep very quickly there afterwards. Whenever I stop taking it, I don’t feel tired, even after reading for 20+ minutes. For this reason, I will continue to buy this product.

I am beyond happy I tried this supplement. It’s been life changing for me. I’m 32 and in the last 2 or so years I’ve been experiencing mood changes, acne around my eyebrows and upper lip, hair lost, and the worst was constant mild-high anxiety that intensified around my period. My Dr kept wanting me to get on anxiety medication and wouldn’t listen when I expressed concerns around my hormones. Day one, after only 1 pill, I immediately felt different physically. My foggy worrisome brain was so clear and relaxed. I haven’t felt anxious in almost a month. I didn’t have a bad acne breakout during my 1st period while on this. I feel with time I will notice changes to my hair as well. I definitely recommend trying this supplement.

I was very unhappy with this product. I took it for about 2 weeks & it totally messed my hormones up. I was 1000 times worse taking this than I was not taking it. It's not calming at all, in fact it made me very anxious. I'd like to return it, but I found out today that I can't. Very unhappy & I threw almost $35.00 away.

So I've only been taking these a short while. Maybe 2 weeks. I take one a day.. but I also take other ora products. I have recently been having lots of strange symptoms and even went to the doctor. Im currently waiting to see if I have endometriosis. Some of my symptoms were night sweats, pain in pelvis, lack of sex drive, acne, and always TIRED.. well.. so far I've noticed clearer skin (could have been the beayoutiful or the good skin day from ora as well) and holy moly I've been horny as hell! Sorry if TMI.. but I'm so glad because I was looking for something to help with my hormones without taking actual hormones. I think this is doing thr trick. I'm eager to see if this lasts or if I see changes in any of my other symptoms.
