PersilFree & Sensitive Liquid Laundry Detergent, Unscented and Hypoallergenic for Sensitive Skin, 2X Concentrated, 82.5 fl oz, 110 Loads

I switched to Persil several months ago as my previous detergent just wasn't getting clothes clean. This is a game-changer. First I bought the original formula from a store, but the smell is so overwhelming & sickening that I couldn't use it. No stores carry the unscented, so glad I found it here. Other comments complain about formula change & label now saying "everyday clean" instead of "advanced deep clean" & I have a bottle of each. I contacted Persil directly about this & they assured me it's the same performance with a different label & I agree as I noticed no difference in results. I found after several months of using both, they work the same. So I am happy with the "new" everyday clean. The photo in this product description even SHOWS the product update, so are people not even reading the description or looking at product photos right here?? It performs the same. Others complained about the price, but I think the same people not reading the product description are also not reading bottle directions for how much to use! It's STILL concentrated & you STILL only need to fill cap halfway for a full load! Besides cleaning well, it makes older clothes look newer & brighter. Best thing is absolutely no smell, wonderful for people like me with allergies. I will continue to order!

I loathe scented stuff of any kind--laundry detergent, bar soap, cat litter, deodorant and of course perfumes. They are truly terrible and I sometimes wonder how we got to where companies think everyone wants to smell to high heaven.So I always seek out products without any scent (not even so-called "natural" ones) but at the same time products that work well. Within the past several months both Consumer Reports and the NYT's Wirecutter reviewed laundry detergents that really cleaned stains and smells. Both listed the Persil liquid near the top but, alas, the one they listed was the highly scented original.Fortunately, CR also reviewed the Sensitive Skin Persil liquid detergent and gave it high marks though not as high as the original. But since I would not consider a scented detergent I determined to try this sensitive skin one.I live alone so my clothes don't get excessively dirty, except for sweat. Sometimes I drop some salsa or other snack on my nightshirts as well so the ability to get stains out is as important as the lack of scents. And I am not particularly easy on clothes; I wash everything, including towels and sheets, together in hot water. I'd far rather have to replace items a bit earlier than if I used cold water because it is important that my things be clean.Persil hits the ball out of the park on all counts. Clothes are clean, my skin is not bothered, there is no stinky scent on my clothes or in my washer and dryer. So it matters not to me that the Sensitive Skin Persil is rated a bit lower than the scented one. It still does a darn good job. And I enjoy nothing but fresh air in my home.Highly recommended.

This detergent is fantastic! It cleans so many different types of stains out of clothes without pretreating and gets smells out without any other products. The bottle can last a while and you don't need a lot to get things clean. Definitely worth it price.

Great cleaner. Does not have the strong perfume that the blue Persil has. Am no longer able to find this "Free" type in the grocery store or big box store any longer, so it's great that Amazon has it. The bottles are large, heavy and seem expensive until you note that the liquid is concentrated, so you only use half as much as regular liquid detergents.

Persil by far one of the best laundry detergents out there. I have tried their other products known for their strong scents, and wanted one without. This one seemed the best value for its size and also worked with cold washes. It also brightens whites and will eliminate odors.I tried out several loads with varying temperatures and fabrics. I found that this detergent does work best with hot washes over cold, but will do fine with cold washes so long as the clothes aren't too dirty. This can be deal breaker though if you are only looking to wash with cold since I found it actually did a poor job with too dirty clothes. On hot the detergent works great, amazing, and does so much it's outstanding. White towels were brighten and whiten. Black clothing also seemed to be restored and didn't appear as faded. Clothes that have sickly sweet smell from buildup of softener and other detergent smells were eliminated. Skin didn't react as well. The bottle being smaller and more concentrated also makes this detergent more portable and easier to handle. Easy to pour and measure along with a cap that twists back into place for added security.

Persil Sensitive does a good job cleaning clothes and lifting stains without causing buildup on clothes. Fragrance free, it does a solid job at not irritating the skin, by which I am highly sensitive. Retains colors on clothes, also does a solid job cleaning towels, also with a little white vinegar for fluffy, white towels. No buildup on sheets, towels or clothes, no buildup remaining in my washer. Happy customer.

Another product I expected to hate after seeing so many recommendations on Reddit. Just like the Seventh Generation scentless dish soap, this is another product I will use exclusively from now on. It does not have a strong chemical smell and works amazingly. I pair mine with the Mule brand Borax sprinkled into my laundry on hand wash setting and pure cold water. My clothes come out feeling and smelling clean every load now. No harsh chemical smells, no crazy strong scents, just clean.Recommended.
