I've used this product for years and love it. Being able to subscribe and save was very convienent, especially as it's sometimes hard to find on stores.Unfortunately in the last shipment, one of the bottles was open, or opened in transit, which leaked all over the other bottles. So as well as losing some product, I also got to clean up all the bottles.The bottles were in a plastic bag, but some leaked out onto the inside of the shipping box as well, so a bit of a mess.This was the second shipment in a row where one bottle opened and leaked. I hoped the first time was a fluke, but it now seems to be a trend.Hooefully the packaging gets sorted out.

I've used many many cleansers but I always have to come back to this one. It really does clean your skin. I dont use it everyday because I have combinations skin and I dont want to constantly deep clean and possibly dry my skin out from this plus all my other products. But I love this. Its simple and works and thats all anyone can ask for. No actives. Just something that cleans your skin.

Great facial cleanser. It does not dry out your skin, but really cleans deep so you feel refreshed after. You only need 1 pump as it lathers into a nice soapy wash. Definitely recommend.
