Wow! Wish I had read this sooner!
I love the super quick, easy read this was. It's literally step-by-step what to do, how to do it and what to use and why. I absolutely love this book and will recommend. Systems are how you build efficiency and this book is the definition of that. This is perfect for employees and even families who are looking for structure to get things done timely. You can get the whole family involved and have jobs for everyone and a clean home to feel good in.

Informative
Found it very informative... especially in regard to room cleaning order.

Easy to understand
Easy read. She was fluid with her description of her motions so made it easy to follow along with her as she went through the "house" and cleaned it. For me, this was geared more for beginners, not necessarily someone in the business looking for tips they didn't already know to speed up, but that's just me. I'm sure plenty others get a lot more help than I did. But I did get a couple tips From this book. All in all, a necessary read if you're seriously considering cleaning homes for a living

More for Beginners
As a business owner I would have to say this seems like kind of a rip off to the customers/clients. They are paying for a excellent cleaning experience and this "if it's not dirty don't clean it" don't work. If employees work dilegently and have complete focus on their job, everything can be touched in the same amount of time. Also, the value and quality is better which in turn brings in more money, worth and clients by referral as suppose to cleaners that are trying to get done with a whole house in an hour. But as an individual cleaning their home yes for sure definitely use this manual.

Meh
Underwhelmed. Expected more. Basically carry your tools. Work left to right. Top to bottom. That's the book...disappointed.😐Not worth the money

Good but
I felt like the book could've definitely been a lot shorter as many things were repeated constantly. Extra words were also added that didn't need to be there and of course it's not a riveting read. It's a training manual.
