I take one of these tablets every day. It helps me sleep better and my muscles don't feel as stiff. It's made a nice difference. The bottle is big and lasts a long time. The pills are a bit large, but I can swallow them with water just fine. Good, basic magnesium. It works well for me.

I included these magnesium pills because I was constantly getting the worst charlie horses (leg cramps) regardless of stretching and water intake. These pills offer a high potency dose of magnesium and promised to help with muscle contractions, nerve impulses, and helping to manage those muscle cramps. I started to notice the charlie horses significantly decreasing after taking these consistently for about a month . Eventually they were almost nonexistent. Definitely recommend!
