Better than water-based lubricants, but still limited non-intimate, medical use
I purchased this for non-intimate use, mostly to address rashes and some rectal issues (fissures, hemorrhoids). I wanted to see how a non-oily, non-greasy lubricant would work compared to others I've tried in the past. I tried Sliquid Sassy, H2O, and Silver, and Silver was probably the most effective of the three. The good news is that it works very well on sensitive/raw skin - like the kind one might end up with from a sunburn or razor burn, where even contact with normal salves is unpleasant. It's very much a neutral solution - if you want to try something without any extra compounds, just lubricant, this works. It is much better than water-based solutions as it clings to the skin better and lasts much longer. I'd like to try it the next time I have a canker sore and see if it improves the healing process. It is inferior to condition-specific alternatives in most respects. Aloe works better for most rashes. oil-based lubricants works better for promoting healing in most internal issues, such as fissures - though this actually did quite well with reducing the pain associated during a bowel movement. Unlike water-based lubricants this can stain materials, so if you are using it to coat an injury be careful around your furniture, towels, sheets, etc.It is more slippery and longer lasting than water-based lubricants, but harder to control and clean up. At present I don't think it's worth using for most non-intimate reasons, but I will try it out and report back if an application manifests.

When you need a job done right, call Sliquid.
So, lube, it's a thing. It's an important thing, and the thing is, when you need lube to do a thing, then lube is the thing you need.Sometimes that lovely water based lube or that nice hybrid just isn't going to cut it. You're going hardcore (or soft core but with lots of chaffing possibilities), so what do you do? Don't call Maaco, grab the bottle of this from your bedside. This bottle is great. It fits in arm's reach, and if I need lube RIGHT NOW then it's so smooth it's already there almost like I had planned ahead so that I would have it ready when I needed it. Actually, so very almost that you could even say I do plan ahead and restock this constantly because when you use it, even a good one like this, sometimes when you think you've used too much you should still use more. IT IS LUBE. Pour this stuff everywhere. Go at it like bunnies who wish they had this lube. Most importantly, it gets the job done and there's no tenderness the next day. You can stick anything you want anywhere when you've got a bottle of this by your side. It works with my toys. It works with my non-latex barriers. It doesn't make my bits itch. It doesn't have glycerin or parabens or any of the stuff that bothers me and/or some of my partners. Also, a friend uses it to avoid chub rub when running. I was going to try it, but picking the bottle up and pouring some in my hand created a pavlovian response, and I never made it out the door. I had to call for help, I was sliding everywhere, I was slick and wet and thankfully help arrived, and when help came, I was ready with my Sliquid so they could take me in hand and offer some assistance.

Its Lube
What can I say? Its lube, it works. Very slick and helps things slide into tight space.

Awesome product.
We have only tried silicone lubes, Sliquid Silver and Uber. Honestly both are great but since Sliquid Silver is a good bit cheaper and comes in a better bottle (easier to dispense), it is an easy choice to make. The only downsides to Sliquid Silver is that is not cheap relative, and is actually quite easy to apply TOO much lube in which case the friction is reduced to the point of detracting from the experience. But with the right amount, literally like single drop for us, this stuff is magic, especially the initial slide in. It gets us both across the 'finish line' every time without any need for toys or backdoor action. Recommend trying silicone lube specifically, because it is neutral and won't wreck pH balance or irritate sensitive skin.
