Bakers’ best Buy
Although this is a 50 lbs (a lot of flour!!) for a beginner baker, I appreciate that this comes in handy during stay at home days. The flour is just as described: sheer and thick, so the finish product is just as wonderful. And with all the baking I’m getting into (mostly on variety of pound cakes), I cant believe I’ve used up a lot already in just a few months. I am satisfied with my purchase and will be ordering again as soon as it gets close to the bottom of the bag. I highly recommend this product.

Great quality flour but way over priced
I love using King Arthur Flours and I use several types. Because of the shortage during the pandemic I ordered this 50 lb bag which arrived in a timely manner and the bag was in good condition. However, the price I paid is price gouging, imho. Way too expensive and because of it I may look to other options. Good quality flour though.
