Detailed, Realistic and Excellent Value Given Their Quality
These figures are high quality and durable. They are not jokey or cartoony, and they convey a real sense of the animals on which they are based.The three year old loves his Paw Patrol figures and pretty much anything he can carry in his fists and set up, knock down, drop, and actually play with. I have no objection to the big-franchise items, (go Minions), but it's nice to be able to set out a collection of realistic animals that match up with his alphabet and nature books and that represent real creatures.These figures are tough; they aren't made from material that will snap off or break. The attention to detail in the painting is pretty remarkable. (And I like the absolute guarantee that they are lead free.) They aren't smooth plastic, but actually have a proper textured feel. They are well balanced and can be posed without always tipping over.So, a bit pricey, but likely to have enduring play value and to hold up over time. A happy choice.
