!/2 inch hole
Bought for a cable install but hole was too big. Nice piece though, and would be great for small cables or pipes >1/2 inch. Well labeled, I just thought my cable would fit.

Exactly what's needed
People at Oatey did a great job with this one. Hope the rubber lasts a long time. My only preemptive concern is that the rubber is hugging EMT (steel) conduit that transfers a lot more heat than a PVC plumbing vent. Not sure if Oatey took that into consideration when selecting the material. We'll see in a few years.

I'm neutral on this product. I'm reluctant to use it because there are reports that it cannot withstand longterm sun exposure. If I do end up using it, I will ensure the rubber part is covered somehow.

works but need improvement
To bond this to roof, you need extra effort to glue it on a flat surface. If it had a self adhesive surface, it would be much easier to use.
