Q: Does this router support wps?

This router will not work. It was not supposed to be resold. It belongs to Charter Spectrum and is considered stolen property.

Q: How can I factory reset this router?

I went to a Spectrum/Charter store and asked them how to reset this router. They said it was impossible because these routers were not supposed to be re-sold by the Spectrum customers. They were rented to the customers. This item was not supposed to be sold. It is considered stolen. It is just like a stolen I-phone. It cannot be activated.

Q: Does this have 2.4ghz & 5ghz?

Can't speak for all Sagemcom units, but mine does both wifi bands

Q: Does the sage mom fast 5260 support wps

Don't think so, have never used WPS ... for security reasons.
